Facilities

The pavilion is an ideal location for a gathering, especially for people who want easy access from their cars. It sits just 20 feet away from the parking lot at the top of the hill. The pavilion has power outlets, a hose spicket/drinking fountain and a bocce court just behind it. The pavilion is a popular spot for people to sit during the Friday night concert series, and has hosted thousands of private gatherings. Like the tent, the pavilion is rented to residents only during the beach season and can be rented in half or full day increments.
