This permit will grant parking access to McCook Point Park, Hole in the Wall, and the Niantic Bay Beach and Boardwalk at Cini Park.
Please have a copy of your automobile's registration and proof of residency (if applicable), and handicap placard to upload.
Proof of residency is only needed if registration does not have a current East Lyme/Niantic address listed.

ONLINE BEACH PASSES - Price includes a $5.00 Administrative Fee and CT sales tax will be added.
