Pilates - SUMMER 2025

This class incorporates all the principles of pilates, using different equipment. Participants in this class will work the body in a full range of motion using the core muscles to gain strength and flexibility. Active isolated stretching will be used to effectively regain movement that has been restricted because of injury or tight muscles. *Participants are required to bring a non slip exercise mat.*
